Payments/ Deposits: I understand the preferred payment methods that are accepted is cash or card only. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment. Scheduling: I understand all scheduling is to be done online or in person during your appointment. Please do not DM/Text to book. If you wish to reschedule/ cancel your appointment you can do so by clicking the "rescheduling" option in your confirmation email. Rescheduling: I understand rescheduling is permitted only 24hrs prior to your appointment. If you reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable and only transferrable 1 time to another appointment Late Policy: I agree, that I am required a 10 min. grace period if I am running late. If I am more than 10 min. late my appointment will be automatically cancelled and charge for full service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations/ No Shows: I am checking this booking with the understanding that deposits will NOT be refundable. Any no-shows will be charged full price of service to the card on file. If you can't make your appointment due to an emergency, please let us know ahead of time so we can reschedule your appointment.
